Our Shipping Policy Is As Follows 

• Once you place your order , please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed 
• Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number in text or email. Please keep track of your order.
• Your order should arrive in 3-7 business days. Due to COVID-19 please expect delays. USPS is behind.
• After items have been shipped. I am no longer responsible for ANY damages.
• Please make sure you input the correct address. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your order is in the hands of USPS , there is nothing that we can do .
• If for some reason your charms have fallen off and you're located in my area, I'll reattach them for free.
• I WILL NOT REPLACE OR GIVE NEW CHARMS FOR FREE.
• If your order states delivered but you have not received it . Please email me immediately.
